The company
MyDeals Group is a Philadelphia-area technology and supply business and an active federal contractor. We work where technology, data, and execution meet: enterprise transformation, data platforms, AI-enabled systems, custom software, and specialized product sourcing.
We are deliberately structured for principal-level accountability. Customers work directly with senior leadership — the person who scopes an engagement is the person accountable for delivering it. Where a requirement calls for specialist depth or scale beyond our in-house team, we bring qualified partners and say so explicitly.
Founder experience
Monosij "Mono" Bagchi, Founder & Managing Member, brings 20+ years of enterprise SAP, Order-to-Cash, and large-scale ERP program experience across global manufacturing and technology organizations. That experience — architecting and delivering order-to-cash, pricing, and revenue-management systems inside some of the world's largest ERP landscapes — informs how the company approaches every requirement: business outcome first, architecture that can be defended, and execution that can be audited.
An honest distinction: founder experience is not corporate past performance. MyDeals Group LLC is an early-stage federal contractor. We do not claim corporate federal past performance, and we do not present the founder's prior enterprise experience as corporate contract history. Where a requirement calls for demonstrated past performance at scale, we team with established partners and say so plainly.

We don't just advise on software — we build and operate it. Aurgus, our proprietary commercial intelligence platform for rebates, billbacks, incentives, and chargebacks, was designed, engineered, and is operated end-to-end by MyDeals Group. It is the clearest evidence of our software, data, and AI capability: a working, audit-oriented enterprise system, not a slide deck.
