- Led multi-country ERP transformations and business carve-outs across North America, Europe, and Asia — order-to-cash, finance, and revenue management — through testing, cutover, and stabilization.
- Built an AI-integrated dealer incentive portal connected to SAP and Vistex, letting dealers self-serve claims and resolve settlement without back-office intervention.
